Mon 4:36pm coding frustration not helped by my editor locking up on me all the time; new problem since moving upstairs. Is it the window or altitude? #
Mon 5:21pm fixed the lockups; it was the window. I'd changed colors to avoid glare, and reverting the colors makes it not lock up. Emacs is weird. #
Mon 7:28pm Last night: strung Cat5e through ceiling between kitchen and living room, and soldered audio jacks. Today: connected two stereos. Simulcast! #

Fri 3:49pm moving on up to the 4th floor (and the south side). Better view, more sun (and glare), but may have a power struggle to keep my window seat. #

Thu 9:39am brought the big headphones to work -- complete with noise-cancelling. Music is merely a bonus with these.... #
Thu 2:06pm really missing Ruby/Rails right now. This Perl code has heard of MVC but ignores it entirely. #
Thu 10:38pm falling behind on everything outside work again. No wonder I don't get much done on extra projects when I'm not working. #
