  • 11:55 Comfest day 2. Made it to the gazebo in time for The Vague. #
  • 12:36 How many bands would close their set with the pair of Gnarls Barkley's "Crazy" followed by Led Zeppelin's "Communication Breakdown"? #
  • 14:26 Karate Coyote attracting quite a crowd to Comfest's offramp stage. Too bad that stage's sound quality sucks. #
  • 16:13 Can't escape the Comfest smokers. #
  • 18:38 Only managed to catch the last couple songs of Colin Gawel & The Lonely Bones, but they sounded great. Closed with Born To Run. #
  • 22:21 Left Comfest before dark, tired and worn out and sweaty. Saturday is always so packed, but there's good people-watching and good music. #

it was a neat time, though where we are the music conflicts from 3 stages, so that's odd. Saw you at the vet teh other day, but you were occupied and then took off, so I didn't get to say hi.

Yeah, I hate the way they pack the stages in a way that they overlap. That's part of why the Offramp Stage sucks; get back far enough that the volume is reasonable, and then you get as much sound from the main stage as the one you want to hear.

You were at Beechwold Friday? I was dropping off a cat for the weekend. I didn't even see you; didn't mean to make too-quick a getaway.

It was right before you left. While you were filling out the last of your paperwork my dog tried to poke you with his nose, but I figured it would upset the cat. By the time you were free, I was dealing with a boxer, so it was a missed opportunity, but I'll make sure to flag you down next time.
