One other item from Obama's resume that often gets mentioned is that he was editor of the Harvard Law Review.

I think the Universal Health Coverage committee thing is generally more of an embarrassment for Clinton, since it failed so resoundingly. And you didn't mention her Wal-Mart board experience, which also tends to fall into the embarrassing-experience category.

I just came across an interesting article looking at the previous experience vs "greatness" of historical presidents:
"Suppose you had to choose between two Presidential candidates, one of whom had spent 20 years in Congress plus had considerable other relevant experience and the other of whom had about half a dozen years in the Illinois state legislature and 2 years in Congress. Which one do you think would make a better President? If you chose #1, congratulations, you picked James Buchanan over Abraham Lincoln."

For this I was limiting it to government or legal experience, but I did include Wal-Mart in my post on her experience. ;-)

First woman on BOD of Wal-Mart after Sam Walton forced to place a woman on the previously all-male board of directors
-championed need for more women in management
-implemented comprehensive environmental program

Personally, I think it's pretty cool that she took on Wal-Mart by working within the system.
