"Can we do a pants check to decide if you’re having a hysterical overreaction or a bout of righteous anger?" looks at perceptions of women's abilities vs men's, based on an article in Nature written by a female-to-male transexual professor. (Favorite quote pulled from that article: "Shortly after I changed sex, a faculty member was heard to say, 'Ben Barres gave a great seminar today, but then his work is much better than his sister’s.'")
On the other hand, we have Demon Ducks Of Doom! And Killer Kangaroos!
